BOOK: You Really Don't Have to Read This
YOU REALLY DON’T HAVE TO READ THIS is an insightfully entertaining collection of musings and mostly true memories from writer Jay Webster.
Jay has spent the last three decades making things up for a living, along with his wife Ann-Janette. He has helped to create books, plays, independent films, albums, paintings, community events, and even one offspring. Only the last one is an undisputed success.
Now Jay is tackling many of our most pressing issues: the problem with pants, what’s so wrong with being wrong, is anger the fast food of emotions, and his life as an acrobat.

BOOK: The Bird & the Moon
You get up. You sing. You eat worms. How hard can it be?
Well, for one misfit little Cardinal - fitting in just isn’t in the feathers. Kicked out of his own nest and alone in the night, our hero asks the only question any of us would:
“‘Does anyone want to sing with me?’
The Bird & The Moon is a beautifully illustrated hardback children’s book complete with online narration, an original song "Over the Moon" and re-printable kids coloring sheets. Copies are also available here.
WHAT I LIKE ABOUT YOU Postcards
Several months ago I showed up to a speaking event with a stack of pre-stamped post cards we made. They simply read: WHAT I LIKE ABOUT YOU.

The idea was pretty simple. We gave people two reasons to use the cards. First, most of us have had at least one experience - whether we were four years old or forty four - when someone saw something good in us (writing, math skills, athletics, hospitality, compassion, whatever) and they told us we were good at it. And that act changed the way we saw ourselves for the better. It's what we call Seeing It and Saying It. These colorful postcards provide us the opportunity to do the same for others. Who needs to know what they are good at or what you admire about them?

The second chance came when speaking at one of our Dreamers Live Events. It can be easy in life to believe creativity/ opportunities are finite, that is that there's a limited amount available. So, if someone else gets a good idea or opportunity it can create resentment or jealousy - they got your chance. We don't believe any of that's true. So we invite listeners to send the postcards to people in their industry, complimenting and acknowledging their talents. And by doing so, they are able to disarm any unhealthy competition and also affirm the idea that there are plenty of good ideas and opportunities to go around.
